Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and individuals, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions to explore personal dynamics and address specific issues.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat a variety of concerns affecting families, such as domestic conflicts, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and communication barriers.

• Providing psychoeducation and coping strategies to families dealing with substance abuse, job stress, and psychological issues to foster resilience.
\n
• Continuously evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care that encompasses both mental and physical health.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse array of client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, focusing on those navigating the complexities of family dynamics. Your expertise in addressing issues such as separation, divorce, and blended family challenges will be critical in helping clients achieve emotional stability and improved interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in family systems therapy.
