Project Coordinator - AMJ

As a Project Executive at AMJ, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients. What you'll do: Support project delivery: Assist in coordinating the end-to-end delivery of projects (articles, infographics, podcasts, webinars), helping ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Maintain client communication: Support day-to-day communication with clients, helping ensure clear updates, responsiveness, and positive working relationships. Support performance reporting: Assist in preparing project performance summaries and analytics to help demonstrate engagement and results to clients. Coordinate across teams: Work closely with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing, and external contractors to help ensure projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met. Ensure accuracy and organization: Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, flag potential risks, and support process improvements. Contribute to team success: Support account activities, share project insights, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve delivery and client outcomes. Who you are: Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator or client success executive. Communication: Clear, proactive communicator who can navigate client needs and internal priorities Planning & Organization: Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent projects Quality & Detail Orientation: Rigor around deliverables, documentation, and deadlines Relationship Management: Skilled at building rapport and delivering a consistent client experience Problem Solving: Solutions-oriented, able to foresee and mitigate project risks Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving client needs Strategic Awareness: Understands client objectives and identifies opportunities to grow accounts Key Information: Salary: Up to $55,000 Reports to: Vice President of Customer Success Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Hallandale Beach, FL (Full-Time, On-Site) At AMJ, we believe in… Entire buy in: Everyone has loyalty to our vision, values, culture, and the long-term goals of EMJ.
