This position is entirely remote, providing significant flexibility for our Staff. You will operate within a supportive team, engaging in virtual meetings and case discussions. While you will primarily work from home, you will also have the opportunity to liaise with those in the detox center for in-depth consultations when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental challenges, establishing a clear understanding of their unique situations.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure client welfare.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of substance abuse issues and promote agency services, thereby enhancing community engagement.

• Attend team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions to ensure best practices are in place.

Compensation and Benefits\n
