Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, tracking client assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this Social Worker role will be on clients currently in detoxification as well as their families. This population often faces numerous challenges, including mental health disorders, emotional distress, and social isolation. The Social Worker will provide critical emotional support and connect clients to additional resources that promote long-term wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

• At least two years of experience in a social work role, particularly within addiction recovery or mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
