This full-time remote position focuses on supporting individuals in a detox center setting, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by addressing their psychosocial needs and supporting their recovery journeys.

Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while ensuring direct support to clients in a detox center setting. You will engage with clients through virtual interactions, allowing for frequent communication and support that aligns with their recovery goals. While your primary schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, occasional evening or weekend hours may be required depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, taking into consideration their emotional, mental, and social status.

• Develop customized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on their unique objectives and preferences.

• Provide individual counseling and emotional support aimed at helping clients navigate their recovery and adjust to life after detox.

• Advocate for clients to ensure they have access to all necessary community resources and services that facilitate their recovery.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and mental health counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress through virtual check-ins and assessments, ensuring that care plans are adjusted as needed based on their evolving needs.

• Facilitate family communications regarding care plans and resources, promoting informed decision-making and conflict resolution.

• Educate clients and their families about available community support groups, programs, and resources to enhance their engagement and participation in recovery.

• Ensure stringent documentation of all assessments, interactions, and care plans through our electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining compliance with ethical standards.

• Stay updated on best practices, policies, and regulations in social work to provide top-quality care and guidance.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
