Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, focusing on emotional, mental, and social aspects, to create an accurate profile for individualized care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying their specific goals and supports needed during their recovery process.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families, walking them through the challenges and transitions associated with detoxification and recovery.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them to necessary community resources and support services, ensuring they have access to comprehensive care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical personnel and addiction specialists, to coordinate seamless service delivery and comprehensive support.

• Engage in regular client check-ins via phone or video conference to monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Facilitate conflict resolution among family members and support networks to enhance the client’s support system and recovery journey.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.

• Stay updated on best practices, protocols, and policies related to social work and addiction recovery to uphold the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role will primarily be on adults undergoing detoxification from substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
