Key Responsibilities\n

As the LMSW at our Detox Center, you will undertake various responsibilities, including:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of patients, guiding them through personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques, adjusting strategies to meet individual patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of patient information.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in treatment planning and case management discussions to deliver coordinated care that addresses each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and their families about mental health, treatment processes, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated on current research in the mental health field and incorporating new insights into practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
