Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, utilizing a variety of assessment tools to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs comprehensively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, based on assessment findings and clinical observations.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a diverse range of issues including mood disorders.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress throughout therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to appropriate mental health services and community resources to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as mandated by state licensing boards and relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Concern for Telemynd, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing mood disorders, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties. Your role will focus on helping them explore their deepest emotions, navigate modern life challenges, and ultimately foster healing and growth in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
