Chad Elder State Farm Insurance is searching for a self-motivated team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a member of our Sales team, your training of insurance products will equip you to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to a fun energetic team atmosphere!
• Contact customers via a phone and in person to review their insurance needs and provide comprehensive solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
