Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for all new patients to establish a clear understanding of their needs, history, and treatment goals.

• Manage and coordinate the treatment of patients' psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs throughout their recovery journey, ensuring timely and effective care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that foster trust and openness, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate actively with external treatment facilities and resources to provide integrated care when necessary, ensuring a continuum of support for patients.

• Identify and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, using data and feedback to promote effective treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with patients experiencing substance use disorders and the associated mental health challenges. Our clinic specializes in providing care to individuals who may be facing complex psychosocial scenarios, including socioeconomic barriers and stigma. As such, you will employ a trauma-informed approach, understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Active and fully licensed LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions.
