Position Summary The Senior Creative Producer will lead complex, high-impact creative initiatives and oversee internal and external partner relationships, with full accountability for the production and delivery of exceptional creative work for Grizzly’s clients. This role operates as a senior strategic and operational leader within the agency, partnering closely with Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and external vendors to drive excellence across all phases of production. The Senior Creative Producer sits in a client-facing role and brings a strong point of view, anticipates risk, and proactively solves creative, operational, and logistical challenges. Above all, this role ensures work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standard, consistently exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Maintaining Establish exceptional operational standards and employ best practices to ensure that creative efforts run smoothly for clients, partners and the agency Lead the development, execution, and ongoing management of project scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans from project inception through delivery Oversee multiple complex creative initiatives simultaneously, including integrated campaigns, website development, branding, naming, digital content, and video and/or photo production Establish and maintain detailed schedules and budgets, securing senior-level internal and external approvals and ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the lifecycle of each project Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect scope, timeline, budget, and creative integrity Audit existing workstreams, optimize process where needed, remove barriers Internal Lead Stakeholder Serve as a senior production leader and strategic partner to internal agency teams, ensuring the client’s vision and business objectives are translated into executable, high-quality creative work Cultivate a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning within the cross-functional team at the agency Drive clear, consistent communication across internal teams and client stakeholders, setting expectations and ensuring accountability for deliverables and timelines Act as a key decision-maker in all post-sale project meetings, proactively anticipating production challenges and guiding teams toward effective, creative solutions Oversee and synthesize feedback across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency throughout concepting, production, and post-production Provide leadership during brainstorms and creative reviews to ensure ideas are strategically sound, executable, and aligned with client goals Client Services Deliver world-class client service that strengthens relationships, drives trust, and supports organic growth opportunities as the day to day client lead Partner closely with Client Services leadership to establish realistic business goals, production approaches, and success metrics for clients Review, analyze, and evaluate creative output, media output, research, and client data to inform production strategies and continuous improvement Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, challenges, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape Collaborate with agency leadership to develop innovative, differentiated products and services that drive client growth and agency value Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans, creative briefs, and production roadmaps Manage the creative resource needs, bandwidth and delegation, and escalates any anticipated needs for additional support to COO Lead vendor engagement processes, including NDAs, contracts, scope changes, and invoice management, ensuring fiscal and legal diligence Qualifications Minimum of 7 years experience in creative production and project management, preferably within a creative agency, advertising agency, or production company Strong track record of managing internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused outcomes Proven ability to operate as a senior, client-facing leader with strong executive presence and presentation skills Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary creative productions from concept through final delivery Deep understanding of creative production processes, with the ability to lead teams through complex workflows while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Strong financial acumen with the ability to build, manage, and protect project budgets across all phases of production Exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills, with a track record of proactively identifying risks and implementing effective solutions Ability to think strategically while remaining highly detail-oriented in execution Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Excellent organization, meeting facilitation, time management, and written and verbal communication skills Expert knowledge of agency functions, capabilities, and service offerings Broad understanding of industries, markets, and brands, and what it takes to produce standout work within them Proven proficiency in creative production tools and platforms used to manage end-to-end workflows, including Slack, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Acrobat Pro, Teamwork, and Zoom.
