Position:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Plaintiff's Attorney with a focus on representing individuals impacted by mesothelioma. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who have been affected by asbestos exposure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in mesothelioma litigation preferred
• Background in Medical Malpractice, Construction Defect, Product Liability, Premises Liability, and Personal Injury will be considered
• Strong advocacy skills and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Licensed to practice law in Florida
