Specialist, District Student Data (PO#3622, 2026-2027 School Year)

Primary Purpose Responsible for the development, implementation, training and support of the Skyward Student System to ensure compliance with applicable local policy, state and federal laws and regulations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, data analysis, mathematics, or a related field, preferred. Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of Skyward Student System; extensive knowledge of database, word processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft preferred); knowledge of Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS); strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to create technical documentation and procedures. Experience: Two (2) years minimum in technology‑related experience training education staff; Five (2) years minimum in technology support. Working Conditions Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals. Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting. Motion: Repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching. Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (15-45 pounds). Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours. Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress. Pay Grade: AP102.
