Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid New York SLP license required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine student speech and language needs
• Develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans for students across the K-12 age range
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student goals and progress
• Provide direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust intervention strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, IEPs, and ongoing student performance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to interdisciplinary teams
