Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current NY SLP license (required for onsite work)
• Experience supporting students across K-12 grade levels

• Ability to tailor evidence-based interventions for diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and assess student speech and language needs within the K-12 age range
• Work alongside teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
• Conduct screenings and evaluations in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Communicate effectively with families, providing updates and guidance to support student growth
• Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices
