About the team:


Our creative team is a powerhouse group of art directors, graphic designers and copywriters. Each member brings their talent to bring Rothy's to life through rich, relevant storytelling, both visually and in words. As part of the Marketing organization, the creative team works closely with Digital Commerce, Brand Strategy, PR and more to tell our brand story and deliver the right message on the right platforms.


About the role:


We're looking for a strategic, social-native creative to own and elevate how Rothy's shows up on social. Reporting to the Photo Director, you'll shape our social creative strategy, create standout content across channels and serve as the go-to expert on social for teams across the business.


This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a creative who pairs great taste with a clear point of view on what makes people stop scrolling. You'll bring ideas from concept to execution across stills, video, motion and audio, use insights to guide what comes next and partner cross-functionally to keep Rothy's part of the cultural conversation.


What you'll do:

• Own the social creative strategy across channels, turning brand and campaign goals into a content approach that drives engagement and growth
• Contribute to Brand Marketing strategy by bringing social insights, trends and performance data into planning conversations
• Lead the social calendar end to end, partnering with Brand Strategy, Growth, PR and Influencer, and Digital Commerce to align on priorities and timing
• Concept and create elevated, social-native content across stills, video, motion and audio that sets the creative bar for our channels
• Track performance, share recommendations and build action plans that continuously improve reach, engagement and community growth
• Build playbooks and best practices that help teams across Rothy's create brand-right social content
• Partner with influencer marketing to identify and collaborate with creators who reflect the Rothy's brand
• Lead social creative reviews with senior marketing stakeholders, framing work and feedback so next steps are clear
• Stay ahead of platform and cultural trends, and recommend where Rothy's should test, lean in or pull back
• Guide the voice of our community engagement so every interaction feels authentic to Rothy's

• Organized and detail-oriented: you manage multiple campaigns and partners without losing sight of the details

You have:

• 7+ years of experience in social media, content creation or brand creative, with a focus on social-first work
• An online portfolio of social-native work across stills, video and motion, including examples of results delivered
• A track record of building and leading social content strategy for a consumer brand
• Experience using social analytics and insights to shape creative decisions
• Advanced knowledge of video and audio editing tools, plus solid motion graphics skills
• Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for composition, typography, photography, color and layout
• Experience partnering with creators or influencers
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing cross-functional partners
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support creative workflows
• Experience with hand illustration or lettering is a plus

Pay range:


$120,000 - $145,860/annually


Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
