Role Description
Our client, a leading Management Consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation initiative for Banking Client within their mortgage business. This role is open on a W2 Basis or Straight Full Time. No Third parties.
This role will help assess the current mortgage business, including:
- Products
- Servicing operations
- Third-party/vendor relationships
- Overall operating model
The consultant will work closely with senior business leaders to analyze findings and develop executive-level recommendations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst
- Deep experience within the mortgage industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Mortgage products
- Mortgage servicing
- Mortgage operations
- Third-party servicing/vendors
- Experience supporting large business transformation initiatives
- Executive presentation and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Requirements
- Canadian mortgage industry experience (Nice to Have)
- M&A integration or business integration projects (Nice to Have)
- Commercial or Corporate Banking experience (Nice to Have)
- Vendor/outsourcing assessments (Nice to Have)
