We are a small but growing family owned Italian restaurant well known in the community for 17 years. We are #1 restaurant in ST Augustine per Tripadvisor reviews.We are seeking a detail oriented person with experience in Italian cuisine This is a great opportunity to learn Italian cuisine from old family recipies. Preparing soups,sauces, Italiian specialties. Pound veal, filet and pound chicken,work on line to sautee dishes, fryer for apps and parmagianas. Set up kitchen for service and break down after dinner service We are hoping to find a detail oriented, hard working individual to join our team and grow with us.
