Hybrid HR Assistant: Recruitment & Onboarding

After-School All-Stars Los Angeles is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS duties in a hybrid Los Angeles role. You will coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and handle confidential information with discretion.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with at least 2 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ADP HRIS systems.
