Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify client needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on effective therapeutic methodologies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through therapeutic processes to promote mental wellness and life skills.

• Assist clients in building coping skills, employing problem-solving techniques, and developing stress reduction strategies to enhance their overall well-being.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for each client, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any modifications to ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Current and valid state-issued license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing therapy services to clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently manage a caseload while delivering quality care.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health records systems and relevant telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
