Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation in the patient record and communicate effectively with physicians and the care team.
- Use critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize care and ensure patient safety.
- Respond to changes in patient condition, participate in triage as needed, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced ER environment.
