Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Assess patient condition, develop and implement care plans, monitor patient status, and document progress.
- Administer medications, perform basic procedures, and provide safe patient care within the scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.
- Maintain patient safety, adhere to infection control protocols, and advocate for patient privacy and comfort.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
- ER nursing experience or demonstrated competency in an acute care setting (preferred).
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts.
- Willingness to participate in credentialing processes and pass required background checks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
