Physical Therapist - Home Health

Position Title Physical Therapist – Home Health Location Calico Rock, AR (Coverage Area: 50‑mile radius surrounding Calico Rock) Schedule & Duration Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 6+ months contract with potential for extension. Compensation Local Pay: $50.00 – $56.00 per hour (W‑2) Travel Pay Package: up to $2,700 per week gross (includes weekly non‑taxable stipend) Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32–40 hours Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (from first patient to last patient) Key Responsibilities Perform PT evaluations for home health patients. Conduct PT reassessments to monitor patient progress. Complete PT Start of Care (SOC) visits for new home health admissions. Provide PT treatment visits as needed. Deliver physical therapy services in a home health setting. Qualifications & Certifications Active Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment. Home Health experience required. Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area. CPR certification.
