Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorders, assessing the frequency, intensity, and duration of their symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their journey towards recovery.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing data-driven assessments to inform clinical decisions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Stay current with advancements in mood disorder research to refine treatment methodologies and enhance service delivery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
