Also seeking attorneys experienced representing municipalities in employment defense litigation, including claims involving sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation under Title VII, ADEA, and the ADA Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar 2+ years of experience in municipal law, government defense, or related insurance defense litigation Additional Relevant Experience: general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, MVA, and construction defect.
