Description - What You'll Do

• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help uphold high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and immaculate work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree followed by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of hire.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
