Overview
As an Outpatient Infusion Pharmacist, you will oversee the medication use process in an outpatient infusion center. Your role involves verifying orders for both non-hazardous and hazardous medications, including those for oncology patients. You will provide patient education on infusion medications, manage adverse reactions, and evaluate treatment plans. The position requires at least one year of experience in outpatient infusion and a valid Oregon Pharmacist License.
