Educate patients and their families to champion their journey to recovery outside the treatment environment.

Contribute to inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless patient care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Ensure strict compliance with documentation protocols, adhering to state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

Pursue ongoing professional development and engage in collaborative learning opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

A completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not yet ASHA-certified.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within one month of starting employment.
