Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for practice
• Background or experience in school-based therapy, pediatric settings, or educational environments

• Dedication to supporting the educational and developmental needs of diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services for elementary-aged children, focusing on developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
• Evaluate student needs and develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in student support meetings, contributing your clinical insight to team discussions
• Adapt activities and environments to support student access and participation in the learning process
• Consult with staff and parents, providing resources and guidance as needed
