What we’re looking for:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
• Adaptability to serve students at different developmental stages
• Compassion, creativity, and commitment to developing individualized interventions
• Ability to travel between two nearby elementary campuses as needed

What you’ll do:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to help students meet their educational goals
• Integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines and work directly with teachers for maximum student benefit
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintain detailed progress notes, and prepare necessary reports
• Educate staff and families on strategies that support students’ independence and participation
• Monitor and adjust goals to ensure ongoing student progress
