National Account Manager
Staff on Site
Staff On Site is seeking a National Account Manager to grow and manage key staffing clients across multiple regions. In this role, you will develop account strategies, cultivate executive and HR relationships, and expand staffing programs in industrial, clerical, and professional segments. You’ll lead contract negotiations, pricing, and proposals while partnering closely with recruiting teams to ensure strong candidate pipelines and on-time fills. The ideal candidate combines consultative B2B sales skills with staffing industry experience, data-driven account management, and a people-first mindset aligned with our community-focused culture.
