Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and preferences, reviewing and adjusting these plans regularly to reflect progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute emotional distress, ensuring immediate support and safety plans are in place.

• Maintain accurate client documentation, fulfilling all ethical and legal requirements for confidentiality and record-keeping.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team which may include psychiatrists and social workers, leveraging diverse expertise to offer comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Freedom Trail Counseling Center, you will encounter a diverse population of clients, ranging from children to adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including qualifications such as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
