Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Coordinator with Payroll for a direct hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for an early-career Human Resources professional who enjoys a balanced mix of employee support, HR administration, onboarding, compliance, and payroll processing.

This position is approximately 60% Human Resources and 40% Payroll, making it a strong opportunity to build well-rounded HR operations experience while gaining hands-on exposure to ADP payroll. The work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and team-focused, with opportunities to support employees, partner with management, and contribute to process improvements that keep HR and payroll operations running smoothly.

The HR Coordinator with Payroll will be a key point of contact for employee questions, HR documentation, payroll accuracy, onboarding support, and record maintenance. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, organized, and looking for a stable career path in Human Resources and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
- Support recruitment, candidate tracking, background checks, interview coordination, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Process new hire paperwork, status changes, separations, I-9 verification, and related HR compliance documentation.
- Process payroll through ADP, audit payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payroll completion.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, HR policies, and internal procedures.
- Assist with performance reviews, benefits enrollment, employee events, HR audits, reporting, and process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
- Location: Valencia, CA.
