Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our client's team at a dynamic organization located in Mission Hills, CA . As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll and medical benefits for the parent company and handling insurance and federal compliance reporting for the domestic group of 5 companies. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $36 per hour.
Responsibilities:- Manage payroll processes
- Administer medical benefits
- Handle insurance-related tasks and federal compliance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll and benefits processes
- Utilize Paycom software for payroll management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to payroll and benefits
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Qualified medical benefits (Kaiser), dental, and vision
- 401(k) plan
