Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs, encouraging self-exploration and growth.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and resolving relational conflicts.

• Engage family members in therapy to help address and enhance overall family dynamics and communication.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific goals, challenges, and strengths of each client.

• Assess, diagnose, and document mental health disorders in compliance with state regulations and client needs.

• Collaborate with other medical and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care as needed, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records while following HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines in all communications.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
