What You'll Do:

• Process biweekly payroll, including employee pay, time, leave, adjustments, off-cycle payments, and final pay, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and independently resolve payroll-related employee cases, overpayments, garnishments, ACH payment issues, and leave-related payroll matters.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll files and transactions, including one-time pay and benefits adjustments and taxable stock transactions, while following required audit and approval processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations, statutory requirements, time and attendance practices, and company policies; identify and escalate risk or compliance concerns when needed.
• Support team development by training and mentoring less experienced payroll team members and contributing to payroll projects, system testing, and process improvements.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Payroll Processing and fundamental payroll knowledge
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Workday Payroll System or Minimal Workday HCM or Time and Attendance
