Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead counseling sessions focusing on various issues, including but not limited to, familial conflicts, grief and loss, medical stressors, and separation/divorce adjustments.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance coping strategies and promote mental wellness.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to best meet the needs of clients.

• Facilitate sessions that may require referrals to specialists, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
