Clinical Nurse Manager Neuro Surgical Services

In this role, you will lead and support an experienced OR nursing team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based perioperative care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, performance management, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams. You will champion patient safety, drive process improvements, and support staff development.
