What You'll Do

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, sports medicine, and neuro conditions
Manage a caseload independently with support from a multidisciplinary team
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress in EMR systems (Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals
Support patient education and ensure quality care during outpatient sessions
Adhere to facility dress code and documentation standards

What You Need

Current Louisiana PT license
Minimum of 1+ years outpatient experience
Ability to manage patients independently
Strong skills in orthopedic and neuro patient care
Knowledge of EMR systems (Wellsky or Meditech Expanse)

Preferred:

Additional certifications like BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.
Experience working in outpatient rehab or sports medicine
