Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic services to couples, including joint sessions and individual therapy.

• Conducting assessments to identify family dynamics and create individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Addressing concerns such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution among family members, job stress, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Facilitating communication among family members to resolve difficulties effectively.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients' mental health goals.

• Offering outreach and education to the community on mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents within the community. Your focus will be on addressing complex family dynamics and enhancing communication skills among family members. By tailoring your approach to each unique situation, you will help clients navigate the challenges of familial relationships, personal struggles, and mental health concerns, ultimately improving overall family functioning.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
