Senior Product Designer (Growth) At Simple Life we are building an AI‑powered health coaching app that helps adults lose weight and improve lifestyle. The Growth Design Team is looking for a Senior Product Designer to improve the onboarding process, create personalized weight‑loss and nutrition coaching journeys, and convert users into paid customers through intuitive design. Key Responsibilities Drive monetization and conversion rate optimisation by finding efficient, non‑obvious solutions that keep us ahead. Analyze user behaviour and market trends deeply, thinking critically and understanding nuances of user behavior and market trends. Stay informed on the latest trends, interpret market shifts and user habits, and apply this understanding to drive impactful monetization strategies. Leverage deep knowledge of customer habits and psychology to create solutions that resonate with users, ensuring strategies are grounded in actionable insights into what drives decisions and loyalty. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in world‑class consumer products with a proven track record in enhancing monetization. Proficiency in UX research and data analytics to guide design decisions. Strong skills in modern mobile app product design, focused on monetization‑friendly UX/UI. Proven experience in web‑based CRO, increasing user engagement and paid conversions. Ability to turn free users into paying customers through value positioning and growth funnel optimisation.
