In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals. Over the years, we've grown tremendously in size, scope and capability, building a home in new markets over time, and curating those homes to provide a compassionate environment for those entrusting us with their care. Job Summary We are seeking a Manager to join our Corporate Development team, tasked with spearheading the integration of surgery centers across our national portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage complex projects while working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders and demonstrating critical thinking skills essential for driving successful integration initiatives. Individual will be onboarded by and work closely with the Director, Integration & Special Projects. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of newly acquired surgery centers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines Conduct comprehensive review of acquired centers, identifying key areas for integration and improvement Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines for integration activities, tracking progress and addressing potential roadblocks Drive cross-functional coordination among operations, revenue cycle, HR, IT, clinical, and other workstreams through integration Support restructuring projects, conducting due diligence, and assisting in the development of optimization strategies Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, summarizing project statuses, risks, and recommendations Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, potentially in consulting, project management, or operations Experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex situations and provide actionable recommendations Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within designated timelines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and project management tools Skills & Attributes Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving Strong communication and relationship building skills Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity effectively Organization Description Careers at Tenet At Tenet Healthcare, the heart of what we do centers on caring with compassion, which ultimately creates a bond between our caregivers and patients.
