Are you an Account Manager who holds a sales quota for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals of healthcare SaaS clients, such as EHR, EMR, or RCM? Have you played the role of Account Manager where you were the point person on an EHR or RCM account, handing off to CS when needed, while you focused on renewals, retention, and revenue growth? Or, as an Account Executive in the health-tech (healthcare SaaS) space, have you grown revenue by farming within existing clients? This growing EHR & RCM company was founded by a practicing physician and is now backed by a leading private equity firm; they’re scaling rapidly within their specialty market. With a product used by thousands of medical providers and a leadership team committed to innovation, this role is an opportunity to own a portfolio of large multi-provider accounts. Because the account management function is new, there is a huge opportunity to grow existing accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of 200+ accounts
\n
• Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and client retention (this is a quota-carrying role)
\n
• Help build account management processes and reporting systems
\n
• Lead client engagement rhythms including QBRs, renewal discussions, and performance reviews
\n
• Be the account point-person who touches base with clients monthly, and hands off to others to Client Success or Technical Support to execute resolution. (Your focus is maintaining the relationship and growing the revenue.)

• Continuously assess client satisfaction, track health metrics, and implement proactive outreach strategies
\n

What You’ll Need:

\n
• Be a Healthcare Account Manager or Account Executive who farms existing accounts
\n
• Process-oriented and highly organized; enjoys improving workflows and building systems
\n
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms - “if it’s not in Salesforce, it didn’t happen” mindset
\n
• Data-driven , enjoys forecasting, and driving renewal and upsell metrics
\n
• Excellent communicator able to manage escalations, negotiate renewals, and set clear client expectations
\n
• Experience running QBRs and managing multi-location provider accounts
\n
• Ideal candidates have exposure to fast-growing software companies with structured account management disciplines
\n
