Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for managing and growing key referral relationships and patient pipelines for OnSite Advanced Care. This position oversees existing accounts, including home health agencies, physician practices, and senior care facilities, ensuring consistent communication, service satisfaction, and timely resolution of issues. The Senior Account Manager will identify new business opportunities, coordinate outreach activities, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth onboarding and continuity of care. Daily activities include conducting virtual check-ins and meetings, tracking account performance metrics, preparing reports, and aligning service offerings with partner needs. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, supporting marketing efforts, and representing OnSite Advanced Care in virtual events and trainings.\n
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development, preferably in healthcare or related services.

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and remote collaboration tools to track activities, manage data, and report results.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple accounts concurrently.

• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial plans) is highly beneficial.

• Experience coordinating with clinical teams and operations staff to support patient services and resolve account concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
\n
