Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop customized treatment plans accordingly.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and empathy.

• Assist clients in connecting with community resources such as housing support, healthcare, financial assistance, and social services.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring all aspects of client health are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA standards, ensuring that all interactions and treatment plans are well-documented.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Bright Valley Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, along with an attractive benefits package.
