This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage deeply with clients while working from the comfort of your home. Although primarily remote, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that meets regularly to discuss cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment planning. You will have access to telehealth systems and electronic health record (EHR) tools to manage and document client care effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, enabling appropriate care continuity and compliance.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and refine strategies for treatment.

• Engage in continual professional development activities to remain current with evolving best practices and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes students with diverse special needs, such as those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, various learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioral challenges. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with students from varying backgrounds, offering tailored support that fosters their academic success and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW licensure in Connecticut.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.
