Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and analyze clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and support.

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients navigate their recovery journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, including safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to ensure they are connected to necessary community resources, such as housing, healthcare, and employment assistance.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to ensure comprehensive care coordination and collaboration among staff.

Client Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families undergoing detox and recovery from substance use disorders. This may include clients facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
