This role provides an excellent opportunity to leverage both manual and automation expertise to ensure the development and delivery of reliable, performance, and scalable software releases.***What you'll do**** Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases (manual and automated), and test strategies across functional and non-functional areas.* Develop, maintain, and enhance the automated testing framework using industry best practices.* Ensure deliverables meet the functional and non-functional criteria (e.g., performance, security), and drive changes proactively where outcomes are misaligned.* Align QA efforts with business objectives by collaborating closely with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional team members across geos.* Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding other engineers through test design, automation, and operational reviews.* Providing coaching and mentoring to junior engineers.***What you'll bring**** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.* 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on test automation.* Exceptional skills in designing and implementing test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).* Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).* Experience with testing RESTful APIs and microservices.* Experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS.* Full stack QA experience (UI, API, operations/CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functional lines, and cross geo teams.* Healthcare Interoperability experience (HL7, FHIR) is advantageous.***ModMed Benefits Highlight:*** At ModMed, we believe it’s important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
