Director, HCP Marketing & Digital Strategy

Halozyme seeks a Director of HCP Marketing & Digital Strategy to lead healthcare professional marketing efforts for XYOSTED, managing brand strategy, label expansion launches, digital capabilities, and cross-functional initiatives in a pharmaceutical commercial role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HCP marketing strategy for XYOSTED including label expansion launches and new channel entry
- Lead HCP media strategy, audience development, channel selection, and investment optimization
- Advance digital HCP capabilities including EHR initiatives and point-of-care solutions
- Develop HCP education programs, peer-to-peer engagement strategies, and KOL relationship management
- Establish performance metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and manage assigned budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience
- Significant HCP marketing background with proven brand strategy and launch leadership
- Strong digital and omnichannel marketing capabilities with execution ability
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and complex cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams across organizational boundaries
- Experience with HCP education, peer-to-peer programming, or KOL engagement
- Advanced degree preferred; experience in men's health or endocrinology preferred
