Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based out of Hershey, PA for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.

$4,000 sign-on bonus
$0.80–$0.85 per mile
Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
Average length of haul around 400 miles
Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO
Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly

Additional pay details:

$20 for the first stop
$35 for the second stop
$50 for the third stop and beyond
$65 for Long Island deliveries
$12.50 per hour in detention pay after 2 hours

Lane details

Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
Primary running area generally covers Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
Occasional runs outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
Drivers who choose to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
